Sales Specialist

HQ, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential clients and establish rapport and converting it into sales
  • Have a good understanding of the business’s products and services and be able to advise and meet the clients’ needs.
  • To maintain excellent customers relations by giving after sales service.
  • Finding and developing new market and new sales opportunities
  • Carrying out and analyze sales report, and present the findings to your Leader/management with solution to improve sales.
  • Manage payments collections from customers
  • Participate and assist in organizing sales roadshow, fairs, expo, exhibitions and etc

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess a Diploma/Degree in any field of studies or equivalent.
  • At least minimum of 2 years of working experience in sales environment, preferable in furniture industry or any others related furnishing products.
  • Good personality with pleasant outlook, smart, clean and tidy.
  • Possess EXCELLENT SALESMANSHIP and have strong passion for delivering excellent customer experience.

Machine Technician

HQ, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • To maintain and upkeep all machines and other facilities to be at tip top
  • To carry out maintenance and repairing work in factory.
  • To carry out preventive maintenance for machines.
  • Responsible for compressor/dust collector’s maintenance work.
  • To keep spare parts stock and make sure its availability.

Requirements:

  • SPM/Professional Certificate/Diploma holder on mechanical or electronic engineering
  • At least one year working experience on the same field
  • Knowledge on machinery running on air compressed is an advantaged
  • A meticulous, positive working attitude, responsible and committed person,
  • Computer illiterate
  • Pro-active in problem solving, able to work independently as well as a team

Material Planner

HQ, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to material planning as per the BOM list
  • To ensure the supply of materials are able to meet the production schedule.
  • To update and managing the record of stocks in a well organised and systematic way and kept stock at minimum level and able to deliver efficiently, effectively and also in flexibility solution to meet the demand of operational and production needs.
  • To managing obsolete stock at minimum.
  • To work closely with Purchasing and Production department on material availability dateline.

Requirements:

  • SPM holder or Diploma holder of related field.
  • Candidate with at least 1 year of working experience in warehouse’s material planning environment is an advantaged.
  • Good understand of supply chain of processes
  • A meticulous, positive working attitude, responsible and committed person,
  • Computer illiterate
  • Pro-active in problem solving, able to work independently as well as a team.

Metal & Steel Supervisor

HQ, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Set up tooling for press work, bending machines and welding.
  • To do robot programming and operation for steel and metal related works.
  • Have the expertise to understand and checking drawings before start manufacturing works.
  • Designing and making jigs for new products.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess a Diploma/Degree in engineering discipline.
  • With at least 1 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing environment, related to steel and metal works.
  • Candidate without academy qualification but with more than 5 years of related working experience in manufacturing industry can be considered.
  • Good leadership skill and able to train team members to enhance their skill and knowledge.
  • Pro-active in problem solving, positive working attitude, meticulous person, responsible and committed.
  • Language Required: English, Malay and Mandarin.

Chargeman

HQ, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the electrical installation is maintained and safely operated as required by law.
  • Carry out testing and minor electrical repairs
  • Conduct routine inspections and planned preventive maintenance as scheduled.
  • Ensure all safety signs, shock treatment charts and PPE are available in the plant rooms and in acceptable condition.
  • Inspect and test fire alarm systems and carry out minor repairs as instructed.
  • Record Electrical plant/main switchboard log readings.
  • Assist in maintaining water pumps, compressors, motors and any other asset as assigned by manager.
  • Make sure the electrical installation in good condition
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
  • Responsible for handling electrical equipment including operating, maintaining and troubleshooting.
  • Able to carryout wiring works and electrical controls.
  • To supervise and ensure all electrical equipment are installed according to the regulations set by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least A0 recognized by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
  • Candidate must possess a Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • 2 Year(s) of working experience as A0 Chargeman is preferably in Factory Environment.

Export Sales Coordinator

HQ, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • To handle all administrative duties including general office administration functions such as answering phone calls and reply emails, corresponding with customer, preparing quotation, SO, create customer profile, site visit, project tender, etc.
  • Receive sales enquiries from Sales Person (SP) by hand or email or direct email from customer.
  • Prepare quotation based on information provided e.g. layout plan/BOQ/customer’s PO, etc.
  • Assist SP to send quotation to customers if required.
  • Prepare SQ in AX System for all confirmed order.
  • Payment verification including following-up deposit is made prior to SO confirmation, full payment prior delivery, credit term application with approval, CTOS checking etc.
  • Liaise with Finance Department for pre-payment approval before generate Sales Order Confirmation (SO).
  • To follow-up with production on production lead time/completion date, delivery date.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • With 1-2 years of sales admin experience, preferably in the furniture industry.
  • Pro-active in problem solving, positive working attitude, meticulous person, responsible and committed.
  • Well written and communication skills
  • Language Required: English, Malay and Mandarin.
