Sales Specialist

HQ, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential clients and establish rapport and converting it into sales
  • Have a good understanding of the business’s products and services and be able to advise and meet the clients’ needs.
  • To maintain excellent customers relations by giving after sales service.
  • Finding and developing new market and new sales opportunities
  • Carrying out and analyze sales report, and present the findings to your Leader/management with solution to improve sales.
  • Manage payments collections from customers

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess a Diploma/Degree in any field of studies or equivalent.

Maintenance Assistance

HQ, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • To handle the maintenance of all the machineries in the factory inclusive but not limited to updating of its records systematically, arranging servicing scheduled, liaison with suppliers for repairing machine breakdown and preparing maintenance reports.
  • To handle maintenance of air-conditioning by liaising to the company’s supplier
  • To handle the waste control management
  • To arrange purchasing of diesel for our machineries
  • To update and ensure all assets of machineries (new and old) and air-conditioning are tagging with number using the Asset Sighting Control Sheet
  • To arrange monthly servicing for office list, factory electrical system & CMS system
  • To arrange quarterly service for firefighting system, air emission for dust collector chimney and spray booth chimney
  • To arrange annual renewal of fire extinguisher

Requirements:

  • SPM or a Diploma Holder of related field
  • Knowledgeable on technical and mechanical shall be an advantaged.
  • A meticulous, positive working attitude, responsible and committed person,
  • Computer illiterate
  • Pro-active in problem solving, able to work independently as well as a team

Machine Technician

HQ, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • To maintain and upkeep all machines and other facilities to be at tip top
  • To carry out maintenance and repairing work in factory.
  • To carry out preventive maintenance for machines.
  • Responsible for compressor/dust collector’s maintenance work.
  • To keep spare parts stock and make sure its availability.

Requirements:

  • SPM/Professional Certificate/Diploma holder on mechanical or electronic engineering
  • At least one year working experience on the same field
  • Knowledge on machinery running on air compressed is an advantaged
  • A meticulous, positive working attitude, responsible and committed person,
  • Computer illiterate

Material Planner

HQ, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to material planning as per the BOM list
  • To ensure the supply of materials are able to meet the production schedule.
  • To update and managing the record of stocks in a well organised and systematic way and kept stock at minimum level and able to deliver efficiently, effectively and also in flexibility solution to meet the demand of operational and production needs.
  • To managing obsolete stock at minimum.
  • To work closely with Purchasing and Production department on material availability dateline.

Requirements:

  • SPM holder or Diploma holder of related field.
  • Candidate with at least 1 year of working experience in warehouse’s material planning environment is an advantaged.
  • Good understand of supply chain of processes
  • A meticulous, positive working attitude, responsible and committed person,
  • Computer illiterate

R&D Manager

HQ, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • To assist research on process enhancement, new product development, or new technology for quality improvement or cost down initiative
  • To assist in R&D study for value added, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, or cost reduction of existing products
  • To perform all necessary evaluation and physical or mechanical tests to eliminate defect in products design.
  • To communicate effectively and regularly to reporting superiors on project progress, results and analysis in terms of complete study reports, presentations, and meetings.
  • To plan, lead, train and motivate team members in providing design and technical support to the team.
  • To ensure BOM/ERP list of products and all related information are up-to-date and accurate.
  • To ensure KPIs are set for the individual and team and lead the team to achieve them.

Requirements:

  • At least degree in Industrial Design or Engineering qualification or equivalent
  • With at least 5 years of working experience, of which at least 2 years in managerial position, preferably in furniture industry.
  • Candidate without academy qualification but with more than 8 years of related working experience in furniture industry can be considered.
  • Strong and proficient in AutoCAD (3D) and Solid edge software.
  • With technical knowledge in furniture products and able to produce technical drawings.
  • Good leadership skill and able to train team members to enhance their designing skills.
  • Good internal personal skills and be able to communicate with all level of employees.
  • Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills
  • Language Required: English, Malay and Mandarin.

Draughtsman (R&D)

HQ, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • To develop details technical design drawings, specification and renderings with computer-aided design (CAD) software and equivalent.
  • Responsible for all aspects of product costing base on drawing preparation, including general and technical product application verification and specifications on products.
  • To execute in creating a technical library for standardizing all product drawing details and specifications.
  • To modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies.
  • To ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must poses at least SPM/STPM /A Level/Pre-U/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1 year working experience as Draughtsman, preferably in furniture industry
  • Able to read and understand structural drawing
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD application.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words& Power Point.

QA Executive

HQ, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • To lead the implementation and management of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 in the company.
  • To assist in maintaining and renewing of certification of FSC and PEFC.
  • To lead APQP process for all new project and development process in ensuring compliance to respective customer’s requirements and ISO requirements
  • To lead and liaise with all levels of personals for auditing activities internally and externally.
  • To manage and drive the team achieving respective KPIs.
  • To measure, monitor and analyse quality data and perform all actions required to improve performances and improvement activities within the Company
  • To supervise and guide inspectors, technician and other staff
  • To keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
  • To ensure non-conformities are investigated and corrective and preventive measures are carried out effectively
  • To initiate meeting with various departments to discuss matters on quality issue and to come out action plan for improvement if necessary.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
  • At least minimum 2 year(s) working experience in related filed is required, preferable specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent in manufacturing industry
  • Must be well versed on ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, preferable have knowledge to the role of Document Management Representative (DMR), methodology of ISO auditing and all quality tools.
  • Familiar with certification of FSC, PEFC, etc. requirements
  • Experience in QAQC analytical method such as QC 7 tools
